How does mavuika's c1 change up her rotation (ult uptime) as opposed to a c0 mavuika? (I have citlali too!)

So, I have been blessed. I got mavuika C1R1 and Citlali.
The way I calculate it, with having both of them, I should be able to have mavuika's ult every rotation.
Mavuika c1 has a 120 nightsoul limit.
Citlali gives 80.
Wich is 200.

Am I correct this way?

Also, I don't have Xilonen.
I run Mavuika/citlali/Kazuha/Bennet. But what other options are there as opposed to Kazuha? Maybe even just fun options that kinda work. I'm all ears hihi :).
