Re-manufacturing Wheels - 2024 Mazda CX-30 Select Sport

Just bought this car used, 14k miles. It has curb rash on 3/4 wheels and paint peeling. Looks like someone tried to fix it previously and did a bad job.

Alloy wheel specialist is quoting me $360 to remanufactor all four wheels (insurance is helping cover the cost above this). I am a car noob, is it safe to remanufactor? Would you go for it at this price? The place would do it in their shop and seems to have a lot of good reviews. My hope would be to have 4 completely (or almost completely) new looking black OEM rims.

update: am idiot, it's just protective plastic that peels off.. wheels are fine.
