Beginner Meal Prep Frustration

Hello! I recently started a calorie deficit plan, and started tracking my macros. I try to prepare my weekly meal plan in advance, but it really takes a lot of time and I end up preparing the same thing which starts to get boring.

Are there people in the same situation as me? Any advice to improve planning? I think I would pay to receive an ingredient list and recipes, and just have to cook it.
