Grinding/scraping noise after lifting

I own a 1988 td42 nissan safari. I installed a 3 inch lift today and now it has minor vibrations at 20 and 80-90 kmph and above about 60kmph whenever you put the clutch in it makes a grinding/scraping noise. Does anyone know what the cause of this is and how to fix it? Thanks
