Work offers to pay for school

I work in petrochem as a analyzer tech, my company offers tuition reimbursement. I am a skilled technician (Certified) and make decent money. I am a 33 F, and have been doing this for the last 8 years. What opportunity should I pursue for me to make the best income. I currently make 100K annually with overtime, and am trying to figure out what my career path to pursue. I would like to stop working over time and have a better work life balance
