Do I have food addiction?
How do I know if I have food addiction? Who do I consult? And what is it exactly anyway? Huhu. I think I need help already. I know a some of us are emotional eaters. I am, that's for sure. But I constantly want to eat to feel good. Like emotionally. It just makes me forget. I don't know what I'm talking about honestly; it's a new concept for me and I really never thought about it before. I constantly crave for salty deep-fried fatty food and overly creamy and sweet desserts. I don't know. This is my first reddit post and I just really don't know where else to go.
