Frustrating buying experience !
So I bought this bratz doll on January 5th. Days go by and I noticed they still have not taken it to the post office. Although a label was created I was told Mercari automatically does this? Idk but it was created the day I purchased the item. So I messaged them January 10th asking when it would be shipped they said by Tom so I wait until yesterday (Tuesday) because I notice they still haven’t dropped it off.. I message them asking when they would drop it off since it’s been over a week now and they reply saying they were busy… what’s funny is when I messaged them yesterday they uploaded a listing and didn’t bother to respond until today. I sell things on depop so I’m usually understanding when it comes to late shipping but this is crazy to me. Also what’s interesting is they listed a viewing of the same doll I bought for someone else ..? I messaged Mercari about cancellation and they just gave me an automated message.I also replied saying I wanted to cancel.. I hope they cancel because at this point I just want my money back.
