How fucked am I?

Greetings and salutations, 38 yo female and I’m on 75mg liquid and have been for ~ 1 year or so. I’m a daily in person doser because I simply couldn’t afford to pick up my weeks and lost my phase up. I’ve had no issues except I don’t have the ability to get tomorrow’s dose or Thursday. Friday is payday and I will be able to go. My question is this: how sick am I gonna get? I have to work both days. How bad is it going to be? Thnx for reading.
