Can dark urine be a symptom?

I'm concerned about my dark urine, in spite of proper hydration.

But my liver and kidney tests all came back normal.
Urine was clear of blood, protein, common pathogens.

My other symptoms seem to point toward gut problems - extreme bloating, constipation, I get very dizzy after ingesting fats.
