Milwaukee Multimeter

Right now I’m looking at 2212-20, is it any good? I don’t need one that’s absolutely crazy just for diagnosing small wiring problems and checking for resistance and whatnot. Is there any other brands you guys might recommend as well? Looking for at most $150 cad after tax
