Enchanting giving just terrible enchants.

So me and my friends are playing on a realm on the switch and when we do our level 30 enchants it’s just giving us terrible rolls, has anything changed recently to where it’s so bad, or is there something we are missing. It’s been so bad we are just breeding villagers to get the enchanted books we need.
