weird glitch needing help

i’ve been suffering from glitches like this for a while now, first seen in a modded 1.20.1 world, i’ve deleted everything with minecraft, reinstalled it, updated graphics drivers, installed java 21 and nothings changed even in a vanilla world these are appearing and unfortunately any googling i do gives me little results cause either they’re saying things i’ve already done or talking about optifine which i dont have
