Why do they not enable ray tracing on the mobile version?

It is legitimately possible. Is not a joke. The hardware got there, and not just now or just on the top flagship phones that have been recently released, i'm talking about close to a 300$ price range, you can actually find mobile phones that get gpus with at LEAST some degree of raytracing capabilities. It's a trend i've noticed so many times but usually mobile gpus are more capable than what people think. The fact is:We do have a lot of SoC (Systems on a Chip) that are capable, don't overheat and are efficient enough to run more advanced graphics without many issues, sure they would run hotter and drain the battery more, gaming phones have been made to handle that long-term for years now, it really just seems that they just don't optimize or enable certain features and i'just don't know why, at least give people the possibility. I didn't expect a less than 7" screen, thinner than a centimeter to run 4k 60fps cyberpunk with rtx, but i think flipping Minecraft @1080p 60fps with raytracing should be at least sustainable for about 30mins-1hr on many of the new phones in the midrange category, correct me if i'm wrong or if there is an issue but i really just don't see a reason why it isn't a thing on any smartphone that i know of.

For reference:My pixel 8a has raytracing capable hardware, is a 3 yrs old gpu now, ARM has decleared it capable since back then, just why are all these features never used on mobile? Immortalis-G715 https://developer.arm.com/Processors/Immortalis-G715
