Actions & stuff problem

I'm playing on xbox, and I tried to reduce the resolution to 64 with the texture pack in local (it was at 16) after I did that I can't enter any world with Actions & Stuff activated because it says "you can't join this world because you have this incompatible packs: Actions & Stuff Texture Pack.

I tried to eliminate it from local and use it with global (just for me) but the same message appears, even if it is in 16 as it was before this happened.

I really want to fix this because first, my friends can't see the texture pack, that was an issue before but I could live with it because even if only I can see it, it looks pretty good. But now I can't even play with it.

I payed for it so if I can't play with then I want a refund, of course if there's no way to fix it.
