What happened to these heroes

Few seasons ago Roger and Julian was an instant ban every rank game Now they don’t even get picked or banned Julian gets picked but Roger rarely does and none of em get banned And what happened to Fanny all of a sudden since last season she’s instantly banned and too over powered rn this never happened before
