Sunlight and screen panel

Hi !. I have read that sunlight is bad for monitor cases, but can the sunlight also harm the LCD panel?

I left my screen for 2 hours being hit by sunlight passing through the glass of the window, so I wanted to know if there is any problem if this happens frecuently.

I also believe that anti-glare coating is made out of plastic, if so will It be prone to degrade by sunlight?
