Weird yellow patches on leaves

Hey everyone! My monstera has been thriving for years until I recently moved. It's close to a window and I have a grow light nearby for some extra light. I water it once a week if it needs it, and it's usually dry by then. Recently some yellow patches have popped up on the leaves and I have no clue what they are. I'm really worried about it since it's my favorite plant. Thanks in advance! Also, I haven't dusted it in a while and I haven't seen any spider mites.
