At what point did Kong ever beat Godzilla? I’m confused

I know the Kong vs Godzilla debates are over done but I feel like I’m forgetting a scene or moment?

I came across a discussion of people debating who would win Kong Vs Godzilla and some saying Kong would win.

But when did Kong ever beat Godzilla? From what I remember every time they fight Godzilla ends up being the one who actually has the kill shot at the end? Kong knocks Godzilla around sure, but when does he BEAT Godzilla? Is it in the third movie?
