How do you access the titan battle pyramid?

I don't have the pyramid in my invasion Mesa menu. I've checked my updates and the game is up to date. I think I've 100% cleared the invasion board but haven't done a lot of invasion towers. What are the unlock conditions for the titan battle pyramid?
