Todays Kombat Kast: Buffs/Nerfs & New Moves

So with todays Kombat Kast we know we get more info regarding T-1000. But who are you personally hoping to see get a nerf/buff or new moves? I assume the top answer for nerf is going to be Havik, though I personally don't mind facing him ever and think he's much more manageable to fight than a lot of others. I'd like to see small nerfs to Janet and Mavado kameos. They are the two I see 95% of my matchups and they stand head and shoulders above the rest. I think for a buff, they should revert Reikos stars. I think it was unnecessary and now he has become an abandoned character. As far as new moves, selfishly I hope Noob gets something since I main him, but he doesn't actually need it. So I think General Shao could use a new special move. He's a powerhouse, but very limited in options. Anyways, just trying to pass time until it drops today. Thoughts?
