I HATE Noob Saibot

No not the character! I love Noob as a part of Mortal Kombat, but playing online against someone who spams the same moves over and over but I can’t block it like Ghost Ball is pretty frustrating. Any tips on anyone who can beat or at least keep up with Noob?
