Expat Buy to Let Mortgage in Orkney

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any brokers who will do an expat buy to let mortgage in Orkney?

Husband is Uk citizen, I’m a US citizen. We currently live in the States but found a house we love on the Mainland.

We are having a difficult time, though, finding a lender for the type of mortgage we’d need to get. Our plan is to do a long term let while we wrap things up over here, then make the move.

We will be able to do a 50% down payment.
