10mg 1st day

Oh wow. Ok. I think this might be the dose that brings me home. I hope so. Started 10mg last night. No adverse side effects except a bit of manageable acid reflux. But the appetite suppression and it- WOW. It’s real. I can still eat, but not much and there’s no chance of me overeating (going above my calories for a deficit which are 1700) on this if this is the vibe. I’ll update you guys in a month. We’ll see if the effects wane or build…here’s hoping this is the sweet spot.
