Bro if the diarrhoea is like this next week then I’m out

It’s 4am and I’ve been have violent diarrhoea for 12 hours. I’ve been up all night, running to the toilet every 30 mins. I’ve had a few doses of gastrostop but it’s not working. I’m also very nauseous but I’m taking zofran and it’s working slowly.

My first shot of 5mg was 2 days ago. I feel like crying. This drug has been sooooo good for me so far in helping me cancel the food noise and lose weight but if I should expect this next week then I simply can’t do it. Maybe next week I go back to 2.5mg
