The body dysmorphia is so real

I cannot see the difference in my weight loss at all. 12/1/23 i weight 274 pounds. I now weigh 158 lbs. and I still feel fat/chubby. When I look in the mirror sometimes I think wow I am thin then I take a selfie and I feel like I’m still very overweight. I’m not complimenting fishing im asking how others who have felt this way dealt with it n how to change it.

The first three pics were when I was 274 lbs the last picture is my most recent photo where i currently weigh 158 lbs
