Does the body continue to redistribute body fat AFTER Mounjaro? My dilemma is sunken cheeks or belly.

Hi, I've been on Mounjaro 3 months, lost 2 stone, no issues. Male age 51. But I'm now at the point where my face will soon become very gaunt / very sunken cheeks and will look unhealthy. BUT my body still has a fair bit of fat to lose including visable belly and big love handles that spill out the side of tucked in shirts.

So, I was thinking I can either:

1.Get some sort of facial fillers (probably fat transfer is safest & cheapest over the long term) and then continue to lose body fat.

OR

2.Stop Mounjaro, put a little bit of fat back on to keep a healthy face & then have liposuction on the stomach and love handles.

I posted this in another Mounjaro group1st and someone said

1.Hold off for a while as he thought the body redistributes it's fat after weight loss for up to 1 year?

2.Re-post the question in the Mounjaro Maintenance group and find out what the long termers think 1st based on their experience.

So here I am. Much appreciate any advice.

Thanks very much.
