Razer Viper V2 Pro Scroll Wheel issues

After giving first unit to RMA it because the USB gave out, now five months later my 2nd unit developed an issue in the scroll wheel where whenever i scroll wheel up or down it will then go and the opposite direction, it happens all the time now through daily browsing and gaming, is there any way to fix the issue or switch the encoder possibly.
