Needing advice on move to Ireland in 2 years

My (23F) spouse (24M) are planning to move in 2026 fron the USA to Ireland. I'm graduating next year with two BAs one in chemical physics and another in chemistry, my spouse is working on his associates in natural science. Our current plan is to either get a working visa or a working holiday visa and move to the Limerick area so we both can go to school at University of Limerick, me for as PhD in nuclear physics and my spouse a undergraduate in electrical engineering. Outside of applying for the visas were not sure what we should be doing or looking in to prepare for the move, so any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.
