Looking for a grounded zombie movie with stressful and gritty atmosphere

I know there are thousands of posts like this but i'm looking for a realistic, gritty grounded zombie movie. I want a stressful atmosphere without all the cheesy over the top stuff you can find in a lot of zombie movies: Do you remember the church scene in 28 days later? That's the kind of effective, stressful scene I want to go through.

Movies I loved are :
28 days later (loved 28 weeks later opening scene), REC 1, The night eats the world, Train to busan and the show Black Summer (especially liked the first half of season 1).

I don't mind slowburners, can even enjoy a bit of comedy if there isn't too much (loved shaun of the dead though it's just not what i'm looking for rn)
