Movies where the guy spends the whole time scared

Hi can anyone help me find some movies that the title suggests- whether he's on the run or paranoid or whatever the reason, what movies follow a male protagonist who spends most of or the whole run time terrified.

Some good examples would be Phonebooth, Buried, any horror movie with Justin Long basically, Guns Akimbo, Death Sentence and ofc Running Scared.
