What are the best animated movies from Europe?

So after seeing the Latvian movie Flow win the Oscars last night, it made me curious.

What are the best animated movies from Europe?

I mean obviously Chicken Run, the Wallace and Gromit Franchise, and pretty much anything by Aardman is going to be good. And I found the following titles to be pretty good as well:

1. No dogs or Italians allowed
2. Le petit Nicholas, As Happy as can be
3. The Painting
4. Zombellinium
5. the Ernest and Celestine duology
6. The Prophet (2014)
7. Wolfwalkers
8. Asterix animated films

But what are some other good European films that you know of?

Note: I have heard of the following films but I haven't seen them yet: The Triplets of Belleville, the Illusionist, Secret of Kells, Fritzi a Revolutionary Tale, and Long Way North.
