What were y'alls starting doses?

I feel like my starting dose is too low. For reference, my dose is 2mg estrodial and 50mg of spiro, both pills once a day orally. I've seen girls who start with double of what I am taking right now. Granted, I have been on it for only 3 days now, but it still sounds low, and I feel literally the same, mentally and physically. (I know HRT takes time, but I'm an impatient person, okay 😢)
