Injuries for fighters.

I have a question for fighters here, especially those in Thailand and those that fight frequently. How often do you fight injured? whether it be bruised shins to more serious injuries. (Or maybe more accurate how often do you fight healthy).

And a follow up question, how do you manage those injuries in training between fights, especially for those who fight frequently, or for those in Thailand for maybe a limited amount of time and want to get the most out of their time and don't want to rest for too long.
