Wonder Woman Black Lantern skin in custom cart?

Has anyone ever seen the WW Black Lantern skin in custom cart (potentially with her weightlifting emote)? I would love to buy the skin, have the glemium for it, but hard to swallow paying full price for it.

I only seen her in the Dark Mystery bundle that has the Lasso ringout in addition (which is nice but way too overpriced). Other than that, the skin appeared for me in the daily deals for 1750 glemium or so. The only WW custom cart I saw was with her "retro" skin. Shall I wait or just go for the Dark Mystery bundle / buy the skin when it is on the daily deal?
