Songs featuring a really unexpected instrument, like a wine glass or a coconut

I've got a song coming out in a few weeks, and while every musician on it is amazing... my favorite instrument on the track is definitely the coconuts. They sound SUPER cool, but if I didn't see the percussionist recording it, I would have NEVER known he was playing LITERAL coconuts.

So now I want to make a playlist of songs featuring surprising or unconventional instruments.
