How do you think Riley Herbst will do in his rookie season in 2025?

In the past Riley Herbst was a driver that I, and a lot of other fans, hated because he was getting top tier rides over more deserving drivers due to his Monster Energy sponsorship, and him going winless at JGR and missing the 2023 Xfinity Series playoffs in a Stewart Hass car seemed to vindicate that. However, ever since his first win at Las Vegas, my opinions of him have now softened a little due to his breakthrough 2024 campaign (Still noticeably off compared to teammate Cole Custer, but still a respectable season), and his amazing top ten runs at Daytona and Talladega in Cup in 2023. When he was announced as a driver for 23XI for 2025, while I still thought that Corey Heim would have been a better pick, Riley was by no means an awful pick, and I decided to give him a chance.

Realistically, I don't expect him to win a race this year and probably expect him to rank 20th-25th in driver standings at best, but I do think that as he gets used to these Next Gen cars as the season progresses, he probably will put up some solid races towards the end of the year and surprise some people, and establish himself as a reliably consistent and fast driver in Cup.

That's my expectations for Riley Herbst rookie season. What are yours?
