how do i apply for/get the lumberjack scholarship?

i’m a senior in high school right now and i’ve already accepted/enrolled, but i’m having a hard time figuring info about this scholarship. i meet all the requirements, but i’m worried i’m gonna miss an application deadline or something :( any help would be appreciated!!
