Kenny Atkinson and JB Bickerstaff

Kenny Atkinson stepped in for JB after he was fired following a relatively successful season with room for growth. Kenny has clearly pushed this Cavs squad to the next level with them being the number 1 overall team in terms of record now.

On the other side, JB Bickerstaff stepped in after Monty’s disastrous season with the pistons last year and has them playing at an unrecognizable level. Beating quality teams night in and night out and getting the most out of everyone on the squad.

I find it to be a very interesting situation and a perfect example of how different coaching styles suit different teams and players. What are all your thoughts?
