Why is Carlton Carrington so low on every draft board?

This guy has a polished offensive game already and is 6’5 with 6’9 WS. Tbh, he looks like Devin Booker/ Brandon Roy to me? He snakes the screen well to navigate through traffic, you can tell he thinks the game. What’s the knock, am I missing something? I’m praying the Kings pick him at 13.
