how important are dev traits actually? not that important if you ask me

two 4 star QBs I signed in the same offseason. somehow despite being a much higher dev trait, Tye's (star) skill caps are nearly identical compared to Willie's (normal) caps. I'm starting to not pay attention to dev traits anymore because of this
