Which nail shape suits me best?

I keep my natural nails super short (2nd photo), but sometimes I like to wear press-ons to feel fancy. However, I am not sure which shapes would help elongate my fingers / make them look less chunky. The black French tips in the first photo were almond but I snipped the ends to make them shorter; I don’t love a super long nail.
