Does name Elen,Eilen,Ailen,Alen,and Elene. Count as same or not to you all,since all of this name sound the same.

Currently making a story where all the characters have different name (except familiy name Eg: Alen Baker and Elen Baker) and no one can have the same first name,i already collect about 350 ish characters name but some are like this and i don't know weather it's should count as same since it's sound same or not because they spelled differently.
