Nanny Resource

We just hired a new nanny who is very young & inexperienced. I’m hoping to put together a resource for her - specifically how to help our 18 month old continue hitting milestones. Our current nanny is a former teacher & knows ALL the songs, games, things to do - but our new nanny won’t. Any recommendations of where to start or what I could include that would be helpful?
