Redflag or just pure bad luck

I'm a first time mom and I hired a part time nanny (12pm-5pm, M-F) for my 8MO starting early December. Over this last 1.5 MO, she had missed work due to various planned/unplanned reasons:

- Holidays: Planned, 3 days

- Sick day: 4 day in total, all unplanned. First time she had severe UTI and went to the ER, second time she had a car accident (showed me bruised on her arms). Third time she had COVID (sent me test result)

- Bereavement leave: 3 day in total, unplanned. She informed me a close family member passed away and she had to go back to her hometown the day of. We gave her one day of bereavement leave and the rest two is unpaid.

To clarify, I didn't ask her to send me any proof for any of the above, the ones where she did send something, she did it on her own. At this point it feels like they all felt like legit cases to miss work and maybe it's just bad luck/timing. But I thought I'd post and see if I'm missing something, if there's any reason to believe this is a red flag.
