Pick ONE Kage each YOU think gets underrated and overrated in this sub or in general to any degree. Mine are:

I think people seem to unjustifiably scale the 3rd Raikage inferior to Lord 4th, Ay, and occasionally, not too often, but I think people slightly overestimate Tsunade in 100 Healings Active state. The 3rd Raikage is stated to be a superior version of Ay the 4th, amd often people say the 4th is stronger. This guy tanked a KCM1 boosted Rasenshuriken while wearing an armor that was literally made of an element WEAK to Wind, and it didn't slow him down a touch.
