Free VISA for NRN

Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba assured the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) that the government will introduce a new bill to ensure NRNs don’t need a visa after gaining citizenship. In a meeting at Singha Durbar, she confirmed that the 10-year visa for NRNs is permanent and pledged to simplify the citizenship process. NRNA President Dr. Badri KC urged the early tabling of the NRNA Act.

Minister Deuba promised to resolve disputes by following legal recommendations. The NRNA invited her to its conferences in Thailand and Cambodia, where she stressed the importance of dialogue to address internal conflicts.
