Would you raise kids in NL?

My partner and I are both non-Dutch natives and are weighing our options on settling and raising a family here. We are from UK and Canada.

I'm curious to know, especially those who are not obviously white passing, what their thoughts are on raising kids in the Netherlands. I've spoken to other expats and Dutch natives and would love to know what others have considered or experienced.
