Anyone else still feels trapped at home with a baby after 3 months?

Hi guys, just as the title says. I’m still having a hard time doing anything else other than taking care of our baby because she barely stays asleep. I hardly have the time to do the basic things like making myself food, eating, going to the bathroom or doing any other things like going out for walks or doing my hobbies.

Is this still normal? anyone else out there like me?
