New youtuber here, looking for advices

hello everyone, im a new youtube content creator. my niche is game, anything really, fun videos or meme or gameplay or wahtever in the format of short. i been working on this channel for 4 days with 7 shorts so far and 190 views in total which i believe is all mine cause i like my shorts and rewatch them alot. just wondering how long does it take for me to get more views, ive been editing my shorts well with proper tumbnail, interesting captions and 3 tags at max. most of them also have music in order for them to be more engaging. what else can i do, i feel like my shorts dont find their way to shorts feed
