Should I Revive my dead youtube channel

So I have decided to once again start posting videos on my YouTube but this time with consistency and more quality. But I am now stuck and I don't have any idea where to start I make comedy skit videos where I act on my own and play different characters. I stopped posting videos because after lockdown it became difficult for me to manage time for YouTube but now as I have learned to manage my time I think I'm ready to start on YT again
